The U.S. Preventive Services Task Force (USPSTF) recommends against the routine use of estrogen and progestin for the prevention of chronic conditions in postmenopausal women.

Despite the 2002 Women’s Health Initiative Study, where they had to STOP THE STUDY DUE TO THE AMOUNT OF WOMEN DEVELOPING BREAST CANCER, many doctors continue to prescribe this dangerous disease causing drug!!! Some have even tried to discount the study.

But now, 10 years later, tons of medical papers reviews, the U.S. Preventive Services Task Force (USPSTF) recommends against the routine use of estrogen and progestin for the prevention of chronic conditions in postmenopausal women.

The USPSTF concluded that the harmful effects of estrogen and progestin are likely to exceed the chronic disease prevention benefits in most women.”1!!!

(Quick note, for my male readers… Estrogen is implicated in ALL prostate cancers as well as male breast cancer! So please read the rest of this article!)

I know this is a sensitive issue. I also know this may be in direct conflict to what your gynecologist may have advised. But, I have a moral obligation to relay information especially if said information can prevent you from an increased risk of cancer!!! So please know, this is not just my opinion, but the opinion of doctors who have spent their respective careers researching hormone related cancers!

"The MWS (Million Women Study) findings of an increased risk of breast cancer in users of HRT, especially of estrogen–progestogen combinations, have now been replicated in over 20 other studies,. The Totality Of The Worldwide Evidence Is Now Overwhelming."         Dr. Beral.

It horrible enough to have 1 in 8* fall victim to breast cancer; so I’m urging you not to do anything that would increase those odds. Since most cases of breast cancer occur when estrogen dominance is at its greatest, (middle age),  reducing estrogen exposure is one of the first strategies to engage in to prevent this life threatening cancer that plagues 12% of all women! In fact, the first thing oncologist do when breast cancer (ovarian and uterine cancer as well) is to put women on very powerful estrogen blocking drugs, that by the way come with their own risk of serious side effects.

If that not enough… Hormone Replace Therapy also increases the risk of the following life threatening diseases; Heart disease, Clots, Stroke, Deep Venous Thrombosis and Pulmonary Embolism, Endometrial and Ovarian Cancer, and Cholecystitis (Gall Bladder Disease)! As if that is not enough, May 21st of this year, another study linked “The Pill” and HRT to Inflammatory Bowel Disease!!!

So here is a question for you… If you were told that estrogen is safe, why would oncologist immediately put you on estrogen blockers post cancer diagnosis?

What we do know is this. Estrogen exposure, especially of the 4 and the 17 oh estrogen  increases the risk of hormone related cancers!!! (more about that will be covered in my talk)

Therefore, our goal should be to eliminate excess estrogen your body is producing right NOW, and not just after life threatening cancer develops! We should also help you avoid estrogens that we consume in the form of Xenoestrogens.  (Xenoestrogens imitates estrogen and are as dangerous. They can be either synthetic or natural chemical compounds.)

Lastly I want to leave you with this… cancer researchers estimate that we can prevent up to 95% of all cancers with lifestyle changes!!! Please do EVERYTHING you can to PREVENT cancer!!!

This story continues to evolve, but one thing remains, there are certain lifestyle strategies that effectively (scientifically) reduce your lifetime risk of cancer!!!

Sadly 1 in 8 women will be diagnosed with cancer of the breast during their lifetime!

“From 1999 to 2005, breast cancer incidence rates in the U.S. decreased by about 2% per year. The decrease was seen only in women aged 50 and older. One theory is that this decrease was partially due to the reduced use of hormone replacement therapy (HRT) by women after the results of a large study called the Women’s Health Initiative were published in 2002. These results suggested a connection between HRT and increased breast cancer risk.”

Please note that enough women took it upon themselves to go off of HRT, many going against conventional wisdom, to actually bring down the rate of breast cancer since the WHI study of 2002!!! This single fact is extremely significant relative to the fight against cancer!!! Buried in that study lies one of the answers to preventing this terrible cancer!!!

In fact, according to the National Cancer Institute; “As many as 80 percent of cancers can be attributed to environmental factors, the most important of which are diet and smoking.”

There has been research on the efficacy of cancer prevention as far back as 1982. (Yet why are doctors NOT talking about this?) The National Research Council published a report called; Diet, Nutrition, and Cancer. In that report they revealed the extremely low rates of cancer amongst Asian countries especially relative to the much higher rates of cancer found in western countries! They discovered evidence linking specific dietary factors to cancer of the breast and other organs. Asian countries, such as Japan, have low breast cancer rates, while rates in Western countries are many times higher. The question was, could the low prevalence of cancer be genetic amongst Asian countries. So they studied the incidence cancer of Japanese families that moved to the United States. Turns out their daughters acquire the same risk of cancer as the other American women. Genes did not change but the signaling to the gene did! And herein lies the greatest weapon to preventing the disease that takes far too many lives and causes unimaginable suffering!

Unfortunately, apples made a repeat performance for having the MOST (unacceptable) pesticide residues according to the list known as the “Dirty Dozen'' issued by the Environmental Working Group.

The EWG has also released and updated its "Clean Fifteen" list of produce least likely to be tainted with pesticides.

If you are a new mom, I would encourage you to check out the link belowbecause for the first time, the EWG has tested prepared baby food for residual pesticide residues.

"Our advice to consumers is to choose the organic version of the fruits and vegetables on the dirty dozen list," Johanna Congleton, PhD, MSPH

As most of you know, especially those that attended our lectures in recent years, we have presented tons of data revealing the degree of toxic load that we all struggle with, even those with the cleanest of eating habits!!!

In fact, in the link below is an article revealing recent research that indicates excessive toxins in the umbilical cord of virtually ALL newborn babies.

Here is a synopsis:

“A prior study by EWG found that blood samples from newborns contained an average of 287 toxins , including mercury, fire retardants, pesticides, and Teflon chemicals.

Of the 287 chemicals EWG detected in umbilical cord blood, it's known that:

• 180 cause cancer in humans or animals 
• 217 are toxic to your brain and nervous system 
• 208 cause birth defects or abnormal development in animal tests”

If newborn babies are under such toxic load, imagine the toxic burden most adults are attempting to cope with!!!

It’s not if we are toxic, it’s how badly our bodies are burdened with toxins.

Toxins can be a cause of many symptoms thought to be of unknown origin. Such symptoms may include weight gain, loss of energy, depression, insomnia, insulin resistance, lack of focus or poor concentration, stress and irritability. These are just some of the most common symptoms we see that result from a toxic load.

In fact, I just read a medical study indicating toxicity, in many cases, precedes obesity!!!

Aspirin associated with risk of MAJOR GI & Cerebral bleeding episodes!


I don't think that low-dose aspirin should be recommended for individuals with a baseline cardiovascular risk below 10% at 10 years. JAMA 2012; 307:2286-2294.

Wow, what a reversal of recommendation!!! Seemed just recently, there were so called medical experts touting aspirin as the perfect drug !

Even more alarming, the risk they are so concerned with is with a LOW DOSE aspirin regimen!!!

Yet, many doctors are still recommending HEALTHY, middle aged men and women, be on this DRUG DAILY for the rest of their life as a preventive measure.


My main motivation in revealing this recent research finding is primarily for those reading this email (with a healthy cardiovascular system) may avoid the very real risky and dangerous, potentially lethal effects of daily low dose aspirin.

There are very safe, and scientifically proven natural protocols that effectively support healthy blood flow, cardiovascular function, as well as reduce lipids, inflammation, and Homocysteie levels!!!

Majority of Americans make some sort of New Year’s Resolution. The majority claim weight loss as the number one resolution with getting fit and eating healthy making the top five. In fact, 70 percent of Americans said they want to lose weight in 2012.


Unfortunately, despite one’s best intentions on January 1, all one has to do is step into a gym the first week of January and again in mid February as a contrast to see the proof that the majority of people fail once again to keep their stated resolutions.


We actually believe the reason people fail these “Lose Weight” resolutions is because what many people do to lose weight is inherently wrong and the body fights against such changes!


For example, there was the very popular “low-carb” diet which is unhealthy and activates the release of the stress hormone “cortisol” and can actually raise blood sugar, insulin as well as inflammation! There are also diets whereby clients buy very “dead” and nutrient deficient packaged food that comes in a box and only requires microwave heating for consumption. All one has to do is read the laundry list of chemicals and preservatives to know these types of diets can’t be very good for you, nor (and here is the key) can they be sustaining and therefore ultimately doomed to failure! When the body does not receive the required nutrients, it simply will continue to crave calories until the nutrient burden of the body is satisfied.


This is why our country spends more money on diets and “diet food” than any other country on the planet, and yet our obesity epidemic continues to spiral out of control! With almost 75% of this country overweight, and between 1986 and 2000, the prevalence of severe obesity (BMI ≥ 40 kg/m 2) quadrupled. We are working harder and spending more money on a weight loss paradigm that is not only ineffective, but will actually leave us with more obesity!!!
